What I do now

I build AI systems that run inside real businesses, and I operate the businesses I build them for. Liberators is where the client work lives. LUXMII is where I run growth, retention and creative against a live international storefront. WEDOHYPE is the web and software company I started over a decade ago.

What I am interested in

The point where technology stops being a demo and starts becoming part of how a company actually works. Most AI never gets there. The interesting problem is not the model, it is everything around it: the workflow, the context, the handover, the person who has to trust the output at 9pm.

Before this

I started building websites at 18. Websites became ecommerce stores, stores became growth systems, growth systems became automations, automations became software. I built and sold a Greek ecommerce store doing €1.2M a year, and delivered 150+ websites across 12 countries with clients including Novartis, Pharmasept, Weber and Theoni.
