The problem
An agency's output is briefs, calendars, copy and images, produced again and again for every brand on the roster. The work is not difficult. It is repetitive, it is spread across a dozen documents, and the person assembling it is usually the most expensive one in the room.
The obvious fix is to give the team an AI tool. The reason that usually fails is that the output lands somewhere new, so the team has to remember to go and get it, and within three weeks nobody does.
What it does
It behaves like a senior account manager. You ask for something in Greek, and it works out which specialist should produce it, briefs them, and comes back when it is done.
The output does not live in the tool. Every brief, calendar and image is written into the agency's own Google Drive, in the client folder their team already opens every morning. The tool is where the work is asked for, not where it is kept.
How it works
- 01
You ask for a campaign the way you would ask a person
No form, no fields, no template to fill in. A sentence in Greek asking for a Facebook post for the Xiaomi Watch S5, and the system starts working on it.
- Conversational interface
- Greek-language throughout

- 02
The account manager delegates rather than does
It never writes the brief itself. It decides who should, hands the job over, and reports back when the specialist is finished. This is the whole design: one agent that understands the request, several that are good at one thing each.
- Hub-and-spoke delegation
- Handoff protocol

- 03
One orchestrator, four specialists
Five agents and 44 abilities between them. A team you do not have to recruit, that does not take holiday, and whose composition you can change on a screen in the afternoon.
- MCP tool server
- 44 registered tools

- 04
Each one is good at exactly one job
A brief creator that fills real templates. A calendar creator that plans the month. A copywriter working in Greek. An image generator. Each has its own tools and its own instructions, and none of them can do the others' jobs, which is why none of them does them badly.
- Per-agent tool grants
- Cross-session memory

- 05
And the agency can change any of it
Instructions, model, tools and delegation rules are all editable, and changes take effect immediately. The agency is not waiting on a developer to adjust how their own team works.
- Live configuration
- Real-time sync

What it changed for the business
A content calendar and a campaign brief now cost about a euro and take under ten minutes, filed in the client folder the team already opens every morning.
- $1.20a full content calendar and a campaign brief, end to endThe agency's own figure for one run, everything included.
- 8–10 minfrom the request to both documents sitting in their DriveMeasured by the agency across real campaigns.
- 93 campaignsproduced through one client's workspaceMeasured, visible in the platform for a single brand.
- 0 filesto move afterwardsEverything is written into the client's own Drive, in the folders their team already uses.
